This session was captured in California during one of my CA Travel Sessions. It was an overcast day in CA but we didn’t let that deter us from capturing her sweet belly! I absolutely loved the simplicity of just a mama wearing a bralette with jeans and her little boy cuddles. Sometimes my favorite sessions are when we lose the dress and just keep it simple. It was such an honor capturing Justice again! I first met her in October of 2020 when I captured her family session in this same location. Her little guy was I think barely walking and just such a cutie pie!

My favorite part of working with women is not only helping them see their beauty but having them feel it too! I love playing with light in an artistic way, wrapping it around my subject whether it’s in the studio against window light or out in a field with golden backlight. I love light and airy but also depth and moody. I continuously dip my toe in all things that fill my cup creatively.

I spend a great deal of time with each client offering them an experience few I know offer. I want all of my mamas to get dolled up and treasured…….To take center stage they way they should and often times don’t feel deserving of.

My studio is located in Kalama, Washington. I offer studio, in home, outdoor and travel sessions. Studio sessions are reserved for smaller, more intimate shoots. It’s perfect for maternity, newborn, nursing, 6 mo and 1 year sessions. Ask me about my new Petite Studio offering!
